A ticket for the 14th annual St. George Art Museum’s Soup N Bowl fundraising luncheon and auction – one of two fundraisers held each year for the purchase of art for the museum’s permanent collection – will provide art lovers with a delicious meal, your choice of a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic bowl created by professional artists from throughout the community; and, an opportunity to bid on exquisite pieces of art at a fraction of their artistic value. All this – and more – for only $20 per person.
The ticket price will also provide admission to the St. George Art Museum where Pictured: Close to Home … Our Own Spectacular National Parks celebrates Southern Utah’s “Mighty 5” national parks … and the 100th anniversary of America’s National Park System in 2016.
The Soup N Bowl fundraiser will be held on Friday, March 4, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Social Hall located in the Pioneer Center for the Arts on the corner of Main Street and 200 North in downtown St. George. Come early, enjoy the chance to look over the ceramic bowls and the Silent Auction items, and get acquainted with other art lovers in the community.
