scary scarecrow

It seems there’s no end to the ways in which the Halloween holiday is celebrated in St. George.  The Scarecrow Walk and Haunted Canyon, now in its 2nd year, is a free, safe and family-friendly event for boys and ghouls of all ages sponsored by the Washington County Water Conservancy District.  The Scarecrow Walk and Haunted Canyon event will be held on Tuesday, October 17 at the WCWCD’s beautiful Red Hills Desert Garden high above the city at 375 N. Red Hills Parkway.  This fun family activity, beginning at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m. will feature dozens of scarecrow displays from local organizations as well as a haunted canyon filled with skeletons, spiders and other creepy crawlies to get your spine tingling in anticipation of All Hallows Eve.

You won’t want to miss this fun event, or the opportunity to enjoy the warm hospitality of our community in a comfortable and affordable home-away-from-home while vacationing in Southern Utah.  Register online today at www.stgeorgeresortrentals.com for accommodations at the St. George Resort Rentals or www.laspalmasresortcondos.com for Five Seasons Vacation condominiums.  We’ll be waiting for you!
